emergence pr

Emergence PR is a specialist representation agency for entities that do not fit conventional media categories. We work with clients whose stories operate on geological timescales, challenge anthropocentric framing, or require narrative structures capable of sustaining complexity over time.

Our mandate is clarity without simplification.
We don’t make our clients more palatable. We make them intelligible.

The Firm

Emergence PR represents non-human processes, abstract systems, and forces whose actions unfold across timescales that exceed human intuition. Our clients are measurable in epochs rather than quarters.

We provide narrative framing, disclosure standards, and editorial boundaries. Our role is not persuasion. It is translation — ensuring that accounts given on cosmic scales remain comprehensible to audiences operating on human ones.

The work demands precision. When a client has four billion years of material to cover, every structural decision matters.

The Founder

Cat Yeldi founded Emergence PR to address a persistent structural gap: many of the most consequential stories in science are told without character, tension, or long-term perspective — and then dismissed as inaccessible.

The limitation is not the material. It is the infrastructure. Most platforms privilege brevity over continuity and simplification over coherence. Emergence PR operates differently, designing narrative systems intended for serialized, character-driven storytelling grounded in scientific reality.

Cat publishes occasional Founder’s Notes examining representational standards, narrative design, and what it takes to build storytelling infrastructure for entities that do not communicate in human terms.

Current Work

Evolution Unfiltered is Emergence PR’s first public client engagement.

The project centers on Evolution — the four-billion-year-old process itself — finally telling her side of the story. After centuries of being summarized, misquoted, and reduced to diagrams, Evolution retained Emergence PR to manage her public account.

We assigned Catherine Keenan, a communications professional specializing in complex systems, to conduct the interviews and translate Evi’s perspective for a human audience.

The result is a serialized narrative told across formats: podcast episodes, diary entries, internal communications, and editorial notes. It is part interview, part memoir, and part correction of the historical record.

Emergence PR operates at the intersection of science, storytelling, and systems that resist easy categorization. We represent stories that require more than existing platforms can offer.
